Jalal-Abad, September 25, 2025. After the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between Kursk State Medical University (KSMU) and the Central Asian International Medical University (CAIMU) in Bishkek, a visit was made by the Director of the International Medical Institute of KSMU, Mohamad Toufic Chahine. During the meeting with the President and administration of CAIMU, practical steps for implementing the agreement were discussed. The main focus was on academic mobility — student and faculty exchanges, internships, and joint educational programs. Special attention was given to organizing joint conferences, seminars, and lectures, which will serve as a platform for sharing experience and scientific achievements. At the conclusion of the visit, both parties emphasized the importance of moving from agreements to concrete projects. “It is important for us that the memorandum transforms into practical initiatives beneficial to students and the healthcare systems of both countries,” said Mohamad Toufic Chahine
