On November 17, the 16th meeting of Kursk Regional Duma was held. There were more than 20 issues on the agenda. One of the main questions was the discussion of the regional budget for the next year and planning period of 2024 and 2025. The budget of the territorial compulsory health insurance fund for a three-year period was also considered. Over the next year, the fund’s revenues will grow by 11% — up to 17.6 billion rubles. Costs for primary health and high-tech care are provided.
The meeting of Kursk Regional Duma also considered the personnel issue. Candidates presented by the governor Roman Starovoit: acting chairman of Regional Finance Committee Natalia Rudakova – for a position of the minister of finance and financially – budgetary control of the Kursk region; chairman of Regional Committee on Property Management Dmitry Savin – for a position of the minister of property, received support of parliamentarians.
