“DEAR STUDENTS, YOU HAVE A RICH PAST, A MAGNIFICENT PRESENT, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY – A BRILLIANT FUTURE!”

Today, the Minister of Health of the Russian Federation, M. A. Murashko, visited the Kursk State Medical University (KSMU) as part of his visit to the Kursk region. After a short tour of the university and an inspection of the exposition of the Anatomical Theater, in the lecture hall, Mikhail Albertovich met with professors, students and student activists – volunteers of the Kursk State Medical University.

– By many indicators, your university is one of the best universities in the country, and it can be said without exaggeration that this university is a “trendsetter” in many areas: both in educational activities and in scientific developments! – the minister emphasized. – That is why there is a high competition among our and International applicants here!

– Currently, KSMU has students from 45 countries of the world. I would like to note that the university is one of the leaders in practice-oriented education and the simulation centers operating on the basis of the university are equipped with the most modern equipment, – Mikhail Albertovich added.

The Minister wished the students a good start to the academic year and answered their questions.

The minister summed up the educational, scientific and educational potential of KSMU with one capacious phrase:

🔔 At the end of the meeting, the rector of KSMU, Professor Viktor Anatolyevich Lazarenko, presented the head of the Ministry of Health with a book about the Anatomical Theater. Together they gave a symbolic start to the new academic year by ringing the KSMU souvenir bell.
