On January 25, on the Day of Russian Students, the computer sports competition “Interfaculty Cyber Games 2021” started at KSMU. At the opening of the competition, the acting Vice-Rector for Educational Work, Social Development and Public Relations, Candidate of Psychology, Associate Professor Kuznetsova A. A. and Head of the Department of Physical Culture, Candidate of Psychology, Associate Professor Nedurueva T. V. made a welcoming speech. The participants got acquainted with the regulations on conducting cyber games and decided to hold competitions in all disciplines offered by the All-Russian e-sports Student League:
- Dota 2 (team version)
- Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CSGO) (team version)
- Hearthstone (team version)
- Clash Royale (team version)
- Starcraft II (team version)
During the week, students are registered online in accordance with the announced competition program, and teams are being formed.
The competition will be held online on January 29, 2021. Based on the results of the games, a team of KSMU will be formed, which will represent our university at the regional stage of the All-Russian Computer Sports Competitions in 2021.
