On February 3, 2023, the Rector of KSMU, Professor Viktor Anatolyevich Lazarenko and the staff members of the KSMU congratulated the people of Sri Lanka, who were represented by Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador, Her Excellency Professor Janitha A Liyanage on the 75th anniversary of Sri Lankan Independence.
The Rector wished good health, happiness and peace to people of Sri Lanka, and he also wished the further progress and prosperity to the country itself.
Viktor Anatolyevich emphasized that KSMU supports the further development of exchanges and practical cooperation with educational organizations of Sri Lanka in the field of education and science. It plays a significant role in healthy and stable development of bilateral ties.
The Sri Lankan students of IMI KSMU presented a dance performance, which impressed people with the beauty of the costumes and the craftsmanship.
