Today the members of the Trade Union of students of KSMU together with the tutor of the department of socio-cultural adaptation of IMI KSMU Dugina M.V. conducted the excursion “Malevich’s Mirror” in Kursk Picture Gallery in English, timed to the birthday of the author of “Black Square”. Students from India, Sri Lanka, Botswana, Brazil, South Africa, Zimbabwe and Malaysia marveled at the masterpieces of Russian art in the art gallery’s collection.

Representatives of the Trade Union Committee interviewed the foreigners. According to the words of IMI KSMU students, what they saw made a great impression on all of them, but the special interest was aroused by the painting by K. Malevich “Black Square”.

Besides, they noted that the Kursk Art Gallery will remain in their memory as one of the most interesting places.

Along with studies it is very important to pay attention to the spiritual component, and events like today’s contribute to this.
