On April 8, 2021,  via video conference, Rector of Kursk State Medical University Professor V.A. Lazarenko signed a memorandum on cooperation in the field of healthcare, academic, scientific and cultural cooperation between Non-commercial joint-stock company “Karaganda Medical University” (the Republic of Kazakhstan) and Kursk State Medical University (the Russian Federation).

After the welcoming speech of the rector, the participants of the videoconference discussed the possibilities and prospects of cooperation in the field of implementation of educational programs of higher education between the Russian Federation and Kazakhstan.

 

The Director of the International Medical Institute Mohamad Toufic Chahine stressed that since 2016 we have been successfully implementing academic mobility programs with Kazakhstan not only for students, but also for the academic teaching staff. In the future, Mohamad Toufic suggested to continue the good traditions in the field of international cooperation and consider the possibility of implementing joint educational programs in various areas of training.
