There are many types of sports. From February 21, 2025, to February 23, 2025, students from Nigerian and Southern African communities met on the sports arena.

The sports competitions for African students were organized by the Department of Sociocultural Adaptation of KSMU in collaboration with the International Health Club and the committees of the Nigerian and Southern African communities at KSMU.

Students from Nigeria, South Africa, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Benin, Ghana, Zambia, Cameroon, Kenya, Congo, and Namibia showcased their talents in the following sports disciplines: esports – FIFA, UNO, chess, football, netball, badminton, table tennis, and basketball. Any type of sport develops coordination and intuition, enhances concentration, fosters team spirit, and brings people together.

Each discipline had its winners and losers, but the main reward for all was the strengthening of friendship among students and the positive mood of all participants.
