Demographic situation in the region and support of Kursk families. These topics became the focus of attention at the next meeting of the “round table”  of deputies of the Kursk regional Duma. The population is ageing in the region as well as in the country. Fertility is declining, mortality is rising. During the meeting, the participants of the round table conference spoke about new support measures that are planned to be taken in the near future.

Rector of KSMU, deputy of the Kursk Regional Duma Viktor Lazarenko made a report on “Medical aspects of improving the demographic indicators and health of the population of the Kursk region by improving the quality of medical care”, in which he raised the most painful issues in the health care system of the Kursk region and offered ways to solve them.
