On June 9, the results of meetings and negotiations with representatives of manufacturers of medical instruments, medical devices and consumables were discussed at the site of the Government House of the Republic of Belarus with the participation of Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus Roman Golovchenko, on the one hand, and the official and business delegation of the Kursk region headed by the Governor of the Kursk region Roman Starovoit, on the other hand.
Rector of Kursk Medical University Professor Viktor Lazarenko took part in the discussion, reported on possible ways of cooperation with manufacturers of medical instruments, medical devices and consumables of the Republic of Belarus for small-scale production of developments of Kursk Medical University: surgical instruments (surgical trocar, surgical scalpel, atraumatic universal surgical clamp, vascular needle clamp, device for removing ligatures from the lumen gastrointestinal tract); medical devices (a means for the treatment of purulent-inflammatory processes of soft tissues and mucous membranes (seven compositions), polymer wound coatings for the treatment of infected wounds and trophic ulcers, anti-adhesive agents (mesogel in its various variations), synthetic hernioimplant with collagen-stimulating and anti-inflammatory effect, means for stopping parenchymal bleeding in liver and spleen injury (sponges, powders)).
During the discussion, the issue of the possibility of purchasing medical instruments, medical devices and consumables in the Republic of Belarus for practical healthcare in the Kursk region was also considered.
