On June 3, 2022, Graduate Employment Center of KSMU held a visiting meeting of students of the final year of the pharmaceutical department of Medical and Pharmaceutical College of KSMU with the head of the human resources department of OAO “PHARMSTANDARD-LEKSREDSTVA” Dubina Lyudmila Alexandrovna.
Lyudmila Aleksandrovna told the audience about the peculiarities of working at the enterprise, its mission, corporate culture, working conditions. Future potential employees of the enterprise asked all questions about the peculiarities of work at the pharmaceutical plant and received competent answers to them. The event was of a practical nature, as it was held at the premises of the company. The graduates filled in questionnaires of candidates for the desired positions and went to the production shops for an introductory tour.
At the end of the meeting, Olesya Sergeevna Kolchina, the organizer of the event, Head of the Graduate Employment Center, expressed confidence that this format of the meeting between the employer and job seekers would attract future employees to OAO “PHARMSTANDARD-LEKSREDSTVA” and would become a good tradition for the next years.
