On 11 April 2024 within the framework of the XI International Youth Scientific Medical Forum “WHITE FLOWERS”was held, dedicated to the 150th anniversary of N.A. Semashko, held in Kazan, the VI All-Russian Olympiad in General Hygiene among students of medical and paediatric faculties .
8 teams from leading medical universities of the country and neighbouring countries (First Saint-Petersburg State Medical University named after I.P. Pavlov, Ryazan State Medical University, PFUR named after Patrice Lumumba, Tashkent Medical Academy, etc.) took part in the Olympiad.
Students of KSMU once again honourably represented our University on this platform. The team “Magnetic Anomaly” consisting of the students of the 3rd year of medical faculty Neskorodova E.A. (team captain), Kravchenko E.O., Sopromadze N.Sh., Gruzdov A.Y., Apalkov D.A. and Afanasyeva D.E. under the guidance of the assistant of the Department of General Hygiene Semikina E.V. They took the 2nd place, yielding only to the hosts – the team of Kazan State Medical University.
