The QS EECA University Ranking 2022 has been published since 2014. The methodology retains key indicators of the global ranking such as Academic Reputation, Employer Reputation and Faculty / Student Ratio, but also incorporates a set of performance indicators carefully tailored for the developing and developed country region.

Kursk State Medical University entered the international QS Emerging Europe & Central Asia (EECA) University Rankings 2022 for the first time and took the 196th place – the TOP 44% of the best universities in the ranking.

KSMU also became a leader in the Kursk region.

450 institutions in total were submitted for the assessment for the 2022 rating, 60 of which were included in this rating for the first time. 128 institutions included in the ranking are Russian universities.
