In order to provide all participants in relations in the field of education with information on the level of organization of work on the implementation of educational programs on the basis of publicly available information, Article 95.2 of the Federal Law of December 29, 2012 No. 273-FZ “On Education in the Russian Federation” an independent assessment of the quality of the conditions for the implementation of educational activities by organizations engaged in educational activities is provided.

 

Independent assessment of the conditions of educational activities is carried out according to the following criteria:

·         openness and accessibility of information about organizations engaged in educational activities;

·         comfort of the conditions in which educational activities are carried out;

·         friendliness, politeness of employees;

·         satisfaction with the conditions of educational activities of the organization;

·         accessibility of services for persons with disabilities.

 

In accordance with the decision of the Public Council under the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation in 2022, it is planned to conduct an independent assessment of the quality of the conditions for the implementation of educational activities of 344 educational organizations and branches, which are carrying out educational activities at the expense of the federal budget allocations for educational programs of higher education and relevant additional professional programs, including 35 subordinate to the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.

 

Kursk State Medical University became one of the educational organizations participating in 2022 in the independent assessment of the quality of the conditions for educational activities.

 

Between 21 March and 17 June 2022, information will be collected and compiled on the following independent evaluation indicators:

1) conducting a survey of consumers of educational services and representatives of educational organizations;

2) analysis of official websites of educational organizations

3) expert visits to educational institutions for the purpose of conducting a full-scale inspection of the conditions for the implementation of educational activities.
