☝️Students of KSMU International Medical Institute, under the guidance of teacher V.A. Altukhova, embarked on an exciting excursion to the Cultural Center for Family Reading and Leisure named after P.A. Mikhine.

✅The central figure of the event was P.A. Mikhine, an honorary citizen of Kursk, whose life and achievements were presented during the tour.

✅The excursion focus on the traditions of Russian winter and winter holidays.

✅Authentic Christmas carols were performed by Father Andrei Kokho, a deacon of the Church of Saint George the Victorious, and Mother Anastasia Kokho, a representative of the icon-painting school of Saint Equal-to-the-Apostles Andrei Rublev, accompanied by stories about their origins and symbolic meanings.

💫At the end of the event, each student received a gift – a book in Russian. According to the students themselves, the excursion was not just educational but also deeply emotional, leaving bright impressions.
