On January 13, 2021 mass media representatives celebrated Russian Press Day. The results of the regional journalistic work contest named in honor of Valentin Ovechkin were summed up shortly before.
The newspaper of KSMU “Vesti Kurskogo meduniversiteta” joined the winner ranks. The feature-story “Heroes of Our Time”, describing work of our students in the “Red Zone”, became a laureate in nomination “Pandemic. Overcoming”.
