Currently, one of the main problems of the healthcare system is the shortage of qualified personnel. In this regard, targeted training today serves as a means of solving a global problem.
On April, 7th, 2022 Kursk State Medical University held the meeting of of university graduates who studied under targeted training agreements with representatives of state authorities of the subjects of the RF in the field of health protection. The purpose of the event is to discuss the questionbs of executing the obligations under contracts on targeted training and employment at the territory of customer regions.
The event was opened by the head of the KSMU Graduate Employment Center Olesya Sergeevna Kolchina.
The vice-rector for Educational Activities and General Questions, Head of the Department of Pediatric Surgery and Pediatrics of the Institute of Continuing Education, MD, Associate Professor Vasily Petrovich Gavrilyukgreeted the participants of the meeting.
Irina Vladimirovna Zelenova, Legal Adviser of the Department of Legal Support and State Order of KSMU, brought to the attention of graduates and residents of 2 years of study information about responsibility for violation of contractual obligations on targeted education. The system of targeted studies has undergone radical changes. Irina Vladimirovna acquainted the audience with significant changes and additions to a number of regulatory legal acts on the designated issue in accordance with Federal Law No. 337-FZ of 03.08.2018 “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation regarding the Improvement of targeted training”, which entered into force on January 1, 2019. The speaker paid special attention to the question of penalties for violation of the terms of concluded contracts.
During the meeting, the graduates of KSMU were addressed by representatives of state authorities of the subjects of the RF in the field of health protection: The Health Minister of the Belgorod Region -Andrey Aleksandrovich Ikonnikov, Deputy Chairman of the Health Committee of the Kursk Region- Valeria Valeryevna Danilenko, Head of the Department of Affairs and Personnel Policy of the Health Department of the Lipetsk Region -Marina Sergeevna Dvurechenskaya. Each of them highlighted the importance of executing the terms of the targeted training agreements and noted the openness to dialogue of the authorities on emerging questions.
Valeria Valeryevna Danilenko thanked the students and residents of KSMU for their contribution to the fight against the new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) over the past two years. Only thanks to mutual efforts we could bear against the pandemic.
At e end of the official part of the meeting students from Belgorod , Kursk and Lipetsk regions discussed the matters of concern and details of future mutual coopereation with with representatives of state authorities of the subjects of the RF n the field of health protection.
