On May 11, 2022, an online career guidance meeting of 3rd and 4th year students of the Faculty of Biotechnology of Kursk State Medical University took place with representatives of AB INBEV EFES – HR Manager Anastasia Ermachkova and HR specialist Natalia Zingaeva.
The HR specialist introduced the audience to the structure of the company. More than 200,000 employees worldwide work at AB INBEV EFES. The production line in Russia consists of 11 breweries with high-tech equipment in different regions of the country: from Vladivostok to Kaluga.
You can get into the company through a paid production internship, which includes study trips to factories in Russia or by finding a full-time job.
For the summer season, the company “AB INBEV EFES” requires 16 employees for the position of an engineer for the quality of malt production in Kursk.
