As part of the action dedicated to the World Day of Remembrance of People Who Died of AIDS, students could take an express HIV test for free. Infectious disease specialists noted that more than half of the participants in HIV testing did an express test for the first time and took part in such an action.
At the end of the action, the volunteers of the STOP-AIDS detachment, specialists of the Center for the Prevention and Control of AIDS and members of the public organization “Melnitsa” laid out a quilt with the names of people who died of AIDS to honor their memory.
