On June 27, 2022, a solemn meeting dedicated to the 47th graduation of foreign students of the specialty “General Medecine” was held at Kursk State Medical University.
202 graduates from 18 countries of the world received doctor’s diplomas: India, Malaysia, Nigeria, Sri Lanka, Brazil, Thailand, Afghanistan, Italy, Canada, Maldives, Palestine, Singapore, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Syria, Ukraine, Uzbekistan.

The graduation ceremony was opened by the Rector of KSMU V.A. Lazarenko, addressing the graduates and their parents present both in the hall and online, wishing them to treat their profession responsibly, to love patients and to study medicine all their lives.
On this day, the honored guests of the event wished the graduates to achieve great professional success, to move further in their experience and knowledge, and to carry relationships and friendship through all their lives.
The director of the International Medical Institute Chahine Mohamad Tufik congratulated the graduates with the qualification of “Medical doctor” and heartily wished the young doctors to be successful, healthy and happy.
The graduates expressed their sincere gratitude to the leadership of the Kursk region, the administration and teachers of KSMU for many years of support and decent organization of the educational process.
Traditionally, the event ended with the graduates taking the oath of a doctor and a musical gift from the graduates of the International Medical Institute of KSMU!
